Booking and Payment

Booking a service may require confirmation through email, phone, text message, online scheduling, or written agreement.

Property Access

Clients are responsible for preparing properties prior to photography sessions.

While reasonable efforts may be made to improve presentation during a session, extensive cleaning, staging, decluttering, landscaping, repairs, or property preparation are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

Weather and Drone Operations

Drone photography is subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and operational safety considerations.

Drone services may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe or legally restricted.

Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as general guidelines and may vary based on workload, project complexity, weather conditions, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Image Ownership and Licensing

All photographs, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, and related media remain the intellectual property of Izzy Marie Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered media for marketing and promotion of the specific property for which the media was created.

Images may not be sold, sublicensed, transferred, or reused for unrelated properties, businesses, or commercial purposes without written permission.

Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Izzy Marie Photography reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, advertising, social media, website display, competitions, and promotional purposes.
